Providing Low Cost Financial Services Since 1936
Cosden Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered in Fort Worth, Texas in 1936 to serve the employees of the Cosden Refinery in Big Spring, Texas. After a few years the credit union moved to Big Spring to better serve its membership. It has grown to be a full service member-owned financial institution. In 1999 Cosden Employees Federal Credit Union applied for and received a community charter for all persons who live, work, worship or attend school in Howard County, Texas. With this charter change the credit union changed it name to Cosden Federal Credit Union.

Lobby 9 AM to 5 PM (Wednesday only 10 AM to 5 PM)
Drive-through 9 AM to 6 PM (Wednesday only 10 AM to 6 PM)
SaturdayDrive-through ONLY 10 AM to 1 PM

The history of Cosden FCU is rooted firmly in the history of the Big Spring Refinery.Hopefully a history will be developed to include here.
